End-To-End Test Run

1. Player accountOpen Player App, sign in or create tester, join a test flow.

2. Host flowOpen Host Console, start game, move Q to A, confirm next question.

3. ProjectorOpen projector sample deck and inspect question/answer slides.

4. Signature scoringCheck the 12 / 12 / 16 round maxima and final total out of 40.

5. Weekly 20Check a Weekly 20 player path and ladder update. Leagues can attach across formats.

6. Local/QRCheck QR registration, campaign activity and submitted local question.

7. LeagueConfirm league identity and ladder are independent of only one format.

8. Venue/adminConfirm venue specials, prizes and product settings are editable.

Known Caveats

Host camera hardwareThe app now prefers a real main camera. If only Sharing Camera appears, Windows currently has the real camera disabled or unavailable.

Protected host smokeSome protected Signature write-flow tests need the current host code secret in the test environment.

Payroll is consequentialAutomated regression proves the safety gates. Real Xero draft creation, STP posting, ABA upload and payment still require an authorised pay run and human approval.

Scheduled generation proofReal six-hour scheduler runs are recorded. A successful run proves execution, not that every pipeline produced a usable draft; skips, rejections and warnings remain visible in telemetry.

Visual proof still needs eyesAutomated checks confirm pages, data and assets. George, Jacky and Katie should still judge whether the slides feel good on a real screen.
