Prizes and venue notesVenue/admin should confirm prizes, specials, local rules and sponsor/community notes before the pack goes to a real room.

Do not worry aboutIf the host camera only lists Sharing Camera, that is a Windows camera-device issue on Paddy's machine, not the KBT Live code.

Known Caveats

Host camera hardwareThe app now prefers a real main camera. If only Sharing Camera appears, Windows currently has the real camera disabled or unavailable.

Protected host smokeSome protected Signature write-flow tests need the current host code secret in the test environment.

Visual proof still needs eyesAutomated checks confirm pages, data and assets. George, Jacky and Katie should still judge whether the slides feel good on a real screen.
