## What was actually checked

1. Every production-validated old-account row is read from live D1, not from a local export.
2. Type-aware deterministic checks cover required question/answer text, multiple-choice options, 50-50 choices, anagram letter equality, puzzle support, Gambler structure and required media.
3. Text and puzzle facts receive two separate evidence-led model passes using retrieved Wikipedia and DuckDuckGo evidence. A model disagreement or unsupported fact goes to review.
4. Picture rounds receive two direct vision checks of the player-facing and reveal assets.
5. SoundMash files are downloaded, split into their two real audio halves and recognised independently. Short uncertain halves also receive conservative waveform comparison against matching music-store previews.
6. Willywood question and reveal videos are downloaded and compared using frames sampled across both clips.
7. Media URLs were independently checked for reachability in the earlier import audit. No question is passed merely because its URL returns HTTP 200.
8. No question is deleted or silently rewritten by this audit. Uncertain items remain traceable in the review ledger.

## Production pack safety check

- The weekly assembler excludes only questions with an evidence-backed `failed` adjudication. A conservative `review` result does not silently remove a previously verified import.
- Ten live-data dry-runs were completed for Ascot Vale, Cross Keys, Hotel Trentham, Mona Castle, Spotswood, Stags Head, Steam Packet, The Cheeky Pint, The Pier and the default pack.
- Every dry-run produced **32 scored rows**, a **40-point maximum**, and **zero assembler warnings** while preserving the 1,095-day venue cooldown.
- The dry-runs did not create events or mutate the production schedule.

## Review gate

`confirmed` means the applicable independent checks agreed.
`review` means the old imported answer has not been disproved, but the new evidence was insufficient, contradictory or too ambiguous for automatic approval.
`failed` is reserved for an evidence-backed adjudication; two passes of the same model cannot reject a question by themselves.
`*_pending` means the relevant direct media pass has not completed yet.

This report is complete only when **Remaining without a ledger entry = 0** and **Awaiting direct media processing = 0**.
